Bartender-Focused Cocktail Content Series
The Honest Man Whiskey commissioned a series of cocktail videos and still images designed to shift bartender perception and encourage on-trade adoption. The goal was simple and specific: demonstrate that The Honest Man is not only drinkable neat, but reliable and versatile as a cocktail base in real bar settings.Client:The Honest Man Whiskey
Project Type: Cocktail video series and still photography
Role: Creative direction, cinematography, photography
Target Audience: Bartenders and Food & Beverage Managers
Primary Objective: Increase bartender awareness and confidence in using The Honest Man in cocktails.
Launching a new whiskey in the Ghanaian market requires more than visibility. Across bars and hospitality establishments, bartenders act as both gatekeepers and brand advocates, and adoption depends on confidence, not novelty.
The Honest Man needed content that could quickly bridge the gap between market introduction and real-world usage by demonstrating cocktail versatility in a way that felt credible, practical, and relevant to local bar culture.
Bartenders trust what they can see in action.
Process-driven content showing real techniques, builds, and outcomes is far more persuasive than static product shots or lifestyle imagery alone.
By visually walking through cocktail preparation, the whiskey’s versatility becomes evident.
We produced a series of short-form cocktail videos focused on the process of making select drinks, from build to garnish, supported by clean, intentional photography of the final cocktails.
The content was designed to:-Reflect real bar workflows and techniques
-Highlight texture, pour, and balance
-Keep the brand present without overpowering the craft
-Feel practical, credible, and repeatable for bartenders
